It`s been a while we had tiles installed in our house by D`Best. I`m not used to review providers, it`s my first time, and I`m doing this review just to share my grateful experience with D`Best and it`s staff. No one single delay on the scheduling. Measurement on time, installation (tiles and carpet) completed as promised. The tiles crew is amazing. There`s a very talented installer named Uriel. He is just a perfectionist on what he does. Baseboards were removed quickly, and installed back after service completed. They cleaned and sealed everything. The crew that installed carpets they were awesome! Very nicely done. A big shout out to Wallace, a genuine salesperson and a gentle soul. Everything was transparent, a copy of the contract was provided, and the payment receipts as well. We were informed about what the contract doesn`t cover to set expectations on the service properly. We received follow up calls as the dates were approaching, and also during the installation process, inquiring us about how the service was being performed.
